Return & Refund Policy (MR24)

Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Try It Risk-Free:
We want you to love your MR24 bedding. You may open, use, and wash the product. If you’re not satisfied, you can still return it within 30 days.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in reasonable condition
• No intentional damage or misuse
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping:

• If the issue is our fault → we cover return shipping
• For other returns → customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
